Essential Oil Uses:
- Use its benefits by adding a few drops to your favorite shampoo. Be careful around the sensitive eye area, since Rosemary can leave a tingling sensation.
- Add to coconut or jojoba oil for a clean and refreshing massage.
- Inhale directly or rub onto your throat and chest with a carrier oil to help support respiratory health.
- Diffuse Rosemary, Peppermint, and Grapefruit together where you sleep to help support clear breathing through the night. Also, adding a couple of drops of Rosemary to an inhaler with Lemon essential oil can help as an afternoon booster. For topical application dilute to 2-5%.
How to Use
