R.S. (Respiratory Support) is a powerful blend of Spruce, Myrtle, Cypress, Pine, and three types of Eucalyptus oils (Globulus, Radiata, and Citriodora). Diffuse or apply it directly to help support your respiratory system during times of illness or when you're feeling the effects of allergies (seasonal or otherwise).

R.S. supports clear airways and easy breathing while minimizing the effects of seasonal threats. Simple Matters R.S. can be applied topically to the chest, throat area, back, or bottoms of your feet. Aromatically, diffuse it at night to calm the senses and promote a restful sleep.

USES:

• Topical: Add a few drops to a few drops of carrier oil of your choice and apply to desired area as needed.  
• Diffuse: add 8-10 drops for every 100 mL of water to your diffuser for up to an hour, 3 times a day. 
• Inhale directly from palms, or rub on chest or feet when allergies and/or  environmental threats are present.
• Diffuse at bedtime for restful sleep.
