Ylang Ylang Essential Oil Uses:
- Treat yourself to a calming and refreshing massage; 2-5% dilution may be necessary for sensitive skin.
- Freshen your linens and bedding, mattress, car, or the air by combining Ylang Ylang and water in a spray bottle.
- Take a relaxing bath by adding Ylang Ylang to your bath salts.
- Create a DIY room freshener with Ylang Ylang or diffuse it to brighten up the room with its fragrant aroma.
How to Use
Topical: Best if diluted with a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil to minimize possible skin sensitivity.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times a day.
