USES:

• Topical: Add a few drops to a carrier oil of your choice and massage in to desired area as needed.  
• Diffuse: add 8-10 drops to your diffuser with water. Customize your Defender experience by adding a few drops of Peppermint, Lemon, or Eucalyptus.   
• Add a few drops to your dishwater or dishwasher to further clean dishes and eliminate odor.
